Wonderful Experience!
perfect location free towels helpful front desk nice variety
Henry at the front desk assisted us so well. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. We could easily walk everywhere. The hotel also provides beach towels for free. I found the breakfast included a nice variety of foods such as scrambled eggs and waffles.
The elevator was a bit slow at times!

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Comfortable beds ensured restful nights, and the air conditioning worked very well! Plenty of storage space was available, very useful for keeping our belongings organized.

The hotel location was excellent I found it very convenient to reach various attractions. My room included a comfortable king bed and blackout curtains I slept well. The breakfast offered scrambled eggs toast fruit juices and cereal it was a good start to the day. The staff were helpful they provided directions and assisted with luggage storage.
The hallways had an odor, not ideal.

efficient valet polite staff great breakfast
i found the valet service very efficient and helpful. having my car readily available was a huge plus. the front desk staff, especially henry, was courteous and professional. i also thought the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the room cleaning was only scheduled after three days, a bit too long for my liking.

I found the location to be VERY convenient. The beach was only a short walk away, and many restaurants were nearby. The hotel provided fresh towels daily, useful for both the pool and the beach. I really appreciated that beach umbrellas were always available .
The elevator was a bit small, accommodating only three people comfortably and felt a little slow.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and main attractions. Española Way is within easy walking distance, as is Ocean Drive, so getting around was simple. A public parking garage is also conveniently located two blocks from the hotel.

The room I had was clean and well maintained with responsive staff. It had comfortable accommodations. The staff addressed inquiries quickly. Fresh towels and essential toiletries were provided every day, so that worked well for me.

Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, sausages, yoghurt, cream cheese, cereals, coffee, tea and juice. I did appreciate the inner courtyard, a very nice spot for enjoying my morning coffee. A welcome drink at the hotel bar upon arrival was AMAZING!!!

The location offered easy access to the beach. Dining options around the area were convenient. Staff members were friendly and helpful .
The pool was closed . I received a notification of this closure only a day or two before arrival. The notification indicated the repairs would be completed the day before I arrived, but this was not the case.
